Done with you. Marketing, funnel building, sales, systems, and the boots on the ground work, with Ray in the business alongside you.
Everything else on this site is a product. This is a retainer for our assistance implementing the strategies that grow the private pay side of your business. It is our time, and there is a fixed amount of it.
Who this is actually for
You have a business already. You are not asking what NEMT is. You have vans, you have revenue, and you have hit the ceiling of what anybody can build while also driving, dispatching, invoicing, and answering the phone.
You do not want a login and a help doc. You want somebody who runs one of these to look at your market, decide with you what to do first, and build it alongside you until it runs.
If what you need is a website, buy the website. If the phone needs answering, buy the receptionist. Those are cheaper, faster, and they solve real problems on their own. This is for the operator building something over the next several months who wants a partner in the room.
Marketing strategy for your market, not a playbook
Charlotte is not Tulsa. What works depends on how many operators are already in your area, whether the hospitals near you keep a preferred list, how much of the private pay demand is standing dialysis versus one off appointments, and what people in your county type into a search bar.
So the first work is figuring out where your rides come from and in what order to go get them. Then we build in that order instead of doing everything at once and all of it badly. Most operators are not short on ideas. They are short on sequence.
Funnels, sales, and systems
Funnel building, start to finish. Where the traffic comes from, what page it lands on, what happens the minute somebody fills out the form, and what happens later that week when they have not replied. Built and turned on, not drawn on a whiteboard.
Sales process and the scripts to run it. What you say on an inbound call. How you quote. How you hold your rate when somebody pushes on price instead of dropping it because you got nervous. How you turn a single ride into a standing weekly, which is where the money in private pay lives. Most operators have never written any of that down, which is why the answer changes depending on who picks up.
Systems build out, so the business runs without all of it living in your head. Who does what. What happens when a driver calls out. How a new customer gets set up and billed. This is what decides whether you own a business or a job that owns you.
Boots on the ground
The online work is half of it. The other half is the part most people selling marketing have never done and cannot coach.
Walk ins to dialysis centers, assisted living facilities, and discharge planners. Who to ask for. What to leave behind. What to say when the person at the desk tells you they already have somebody, because they always already have somebody. Referral sources that send rides every week with no ad running. Local presence, so when a case manager needs a van on short notice, yours is the name that comes to mind.
I do this in my own market. It is not a theory and it is not glamorous, and it produces the steadiest revenue in this business.
Paid marketing oversight
If you are running paid traffic, it gets overseen here, whether we run it or somebody else does. Budget, what it is producing, and whether the money would do more somewhere else this quarter. Paid traffic is a lever, not a strategy.
Working calls, not status calls
Be clear about what the calls are. We are not getting on to review a dashboard and tell each other things are going well.
We get on to do the work. Write the script. Build the page. Plan the week of walk ins. Pull up your last inbound calls and figure out where you lost them. You leave every call with something built or decided and the next piece assigned.
Between calls you have me for the questions that come up, because most of what stalls an operator for a week is a decision that takes a couple of minutes and a straight answer from somebody who has already made it.
Why this is limited to select operators
Because the work is real. This is not a course and it is not a group call where you sit muted. We are happy to be fully committed to helping you set up systems that work, and full commitment is exactly why there is a hard limit on how many operators we can carry at once and still do the work properly.
When we are at capacity, we are at capacity. The honest answer is a waitlist. We would rather tell you to wait than do a shallow version of this.
The application goes both ways
Apply and we talk. That conversation is about fit before it is about anything else.
I want to know what you run, what your market looks like, where you are stuck, and whether you have capacity to do the work between calls. I cannot want this more than you do. You should be finding out whether I know your business well enough to be worth having in it.
If it is not a fit, I will say so on that call. Nobody talks about money until we both think this should happen.
This retainer is our time, and we are fully committed to the operators we take on, which is exactly why we limit it to a select few. Apply and we will talk about whether it is a fit before anybody talks about money.
Straight answers
- Am I locked into a contract?
- No. Everything here is month to month. If it stops being worth it, you cancel. The reason we can do that is the work is good enough that people stay, and a client who wants out is not a client worth holding hostage.
- Is there a bundle if I take more than one?
- No bundle, and no package pricing games. Each service is its own line item at its own price. Take one, take three, drop one next month. The math is the math.
Application
Apply for the retainer
Tell us what you run, what your market looks like, and where you are stuck. If it is a fit we will get on a call about the work. If it is not, we will tell you that and point you at whichever of the cheaper things here would actually help.
Application received. Ray reads these himself and will come back to you about fit.
If you do not hear back within one business day, email support@nemtgrowthmachine.com.
Not sure this is the one you need?
Every service here is a separate line item and most operators only need one to start. Look at the whole list, or book thirty minutes and we will tell you which one is yours.
